Alisa Gåsemyr

Ballet Instructor

I’m a former professional ballet artist trained at several renowned academies in Moscow and Oslo, with 18 years of stage experience and a background in rhythmic gymnastics. Ballet has always been my language, the place where strength, precision, and expression meet. Through my career I performed a wide classical repertoire and developed a deep understanding of technique, musicality, and movement quality.

​

For me, ballet is not just a dance form- its the foundation of all movement. It teaches posture, balance, coordination, and body awareness in a way that supports every other style. Ballet helps you build long, strong muscles, improve flexibility, create beautiful lines, and move with confidence and grace.

​

I focus on clean technique, strength, and safe alignment, helping students improve posture, core stability, and movement quality.

​

I aim to create a supportive environment where every dancer can grow, feel confident, and enjoy moving with ease and grace.

For me, yoga is about tuning in — building a mindful connection to your body through breath, movement, and self-awareness. You won’t be asked to "fit a shape." Instead, I encourage you to explore what each pose feels like, and discover your own strength and flow.

​

I sequence based on the myofascial meridians (your fascia and connective tissue), combining traditional asana with Functional Range Conditioning, fascia-targeted techniques, and dynamic, nontraditional yoga movement. In class, I focus on body awareness to promote safer movement, alignment, muscular isolation, and exploring the body’s lines of tension — creating an experience that’s both creative and deeply connected.

 I love mixing tradition with innovation and designing sequences that keep you focused, present, and curious — one breath at a time.

Min resa började för ca 8 år sedan då jag fann yogan som ett verktyg för balans, återhämtning och personlig utveckling. Sedan dess har jag utbildat mig till certifierad yogalärare (YTTC 300 h) och vidareutbildat mig inom mindfulness baserad stressreduktion (MBSR).

 

I min undervisning strävar jag efter att skapa en trygg, tillåtande och närvarande atmosfär där varje individ får möjlighet att landa i kroppen och ögonblicket. Jag anpassar klasserna efter deltagarnas behov och nivå, med fokus på närvaro, kroppskännedom och självmedkänsla. 

 

Under mina yoga utbildningar var det ett specifikt citat som fastnade hos mig och som jag använder mycket under min undervisning:

 

 " Man är inte mera yogisk för att man kommer längre in i en position eller utför avancerade yogaövningar, man är mer yogisk när man inser sina egna begränsningar ". 

 

Jag tror starkt på att yoga och mindfulness inte bara är fysiska eller mentala övningar, utan kraftfulla verktyg för inre hållbarhet och livskvalitet.

Anna Andersson

Jag har utövat yoga sedan 20 år tillbaka och har i olika stadier i livet upptäckt Ashtanga, Hatha, Anusara, Acroyoga och Kundalini och alla former har en särskild plats i mitt hjärta. I samband med att jag drabbades av utmattningssyndrom för två år sedan fick yinyoga en stor och betydelsefull plats i mitt liv. Jag påbörjade min yin yoga teacher training 2017 för Surya på Huddinges hjärta. Jag älskar också thaiyogamassage, mantrasång och håller på att lära mig spela harmonium.

 

I mina yinyoga-klasser vill jag skapa en trygg och skön stund där varje person skapar sin egen yinyogaupplevelse utifrån sin kropp och sina känslor för stunden. Yinyogaklassen är väldigt lugn och meditativ. Vi utför de flesta positioner liggande och rör oss sakta och mjukt. Vi använder det stöd vi behöver av bolster, filtar och block. Yinyogans stillhet, lugn och mjukhet skapar utrymme för att lyssna på kroppen och ger därmed möjlighet till såväl fysisk, mental och känslomässig vila. Vi drar ner tempot, tar hand om oss själva och övar på självmedkänsla.

Karin Ångström Hogg

Yoga Instructor

I am trained in Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga and Yin yoga, as well as yoga for kids and teens. To me yoga is transformational in how it brings connection between body and mind, in relatively easily accessible ways. Yoga can also bring about an inner connection and awareness that extends far beyond the yoga mat, influencing all aspects of life positively.

 

I enjoy the balance between instructing flow classes that fire you up, and yin classes that re-connects you to your inner stillness – and everything in between. It is always about finding that balance between action and calm, and a mindful awareness throughout. I love connecting and sharing with everyone that comes to my classes, and my aim is to encourage self-acceptance and awareness combined with a healthy dose of challenge.

 

Earlier in my life I trained and worked as an Art Psychotherapist in London. Reiki Healing and massage are practices that I have also used for long. The connection between body and mind, and that holistic view of wellbeing and health is my passion.

Karya & Rose

Ballet Instructors

Rose and Karya both attend the Royal Swedish Ballet school with a passion for Ballet since they were young children. Rose has trained experience in Jazz, Contemporary, and Character while Karya has experience in Contemporary, Jazz and Repertoire dance styles.

 

Karya has competed in rhythmic gymnastics and became the all year round Swedish champion in 2024. In addition to her classical training, she continues to focus on strength, flexibility and condition in order to enhance the technique of dance.

Both have aspirations to join an opera or a dance company as professional dancers.

They are excited to share the fun of ballet to the kids and introduce them to the basics in a playful way.

Daniel Sandberg

Yoga Instructor

I like to create an honest and open atmosphere in my classes, where you feel like you can really come as you are, be yourself, and just let everything go on the mat. I want you to learn to listen to and trust your body to give it what it needs, and create a space where you can let your body and mind show you what you need to see.

 

I come from a background of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, trained in India and started my career as a yoga teacher in Thailand, after coming back to Sweden about 3 years ago, I’ve been teaching here in Stockholm as my main occupation. Yoga has been my path and my inspiration for many years now, and although the path is never straight and not always easy, I truly believe in the healing power of yoga because it has helped me through difficult times and been my constant companion to keep me balanced and grounded.

 

A physical yoga practice will let you check in with your body and mind, develop your strenght, flexibility and balance. You might get a bit sweaty, and you might sometimes step out of your comfort zone, but don’t think that you need to be super flexible or strong to start your yoga practice. I’d like to inspire you to trust in your own ability and realize that you can do so much more than you might have thought, and that you can feel comfortable in your own body and learn to listen to it and release the power that’s within you.

My yoga journey started almost 20 years ago, improving my life completely since then on all levels. I have been trained as an Advanced Yoga Instructor at the British School of Yoga in the UK, and I have been teaching Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga, in England and Sweden.My yoga classes bring together movement, breath and final relaxation/meditation to release stress and create a mindful personal space for you to connect with your body.
