Please register & pay online before coming to a class. Click Book Now to choose your payment plan. Classes can be unbooked 2 hours prior to the class. If the class is full, you will be on a waiting list. Unattended booked classes will be deducted from your chosen membership/pass plan. Classes are canceled 2 hours before start time if there are no prior bookings or sickness without a possibility of a substitute. (Please book ahead of time if you are planning to attend class, there is a possibility of a canceled class for late bookings.) Courses, Events, PT, & Workshops: Refunds can be made 24 hours before the class, course, event, or workshop has started. Courses, Events, and workshops are otherwise non-refundable or transferable to another payment plan. An admin fee of 5% will be deducted from the payment for refunds. Registration dates for a course are binding unless you have a medical reason with documentation. Missed credits can be used for a weekly drop-in class during the time period of the course. Email Diana@updogbodies.se for more information. If the class, course, event, workshop, or PT session is canceled by UB, you will get a full refund. PT sessions: PT bookings are made online 24 hours before the appointment. If a time online does not suit you, please email diana@updogbodies to make an appointment. Cancellations are made 24 hours prior to the appointment online or by email, otherwise, the session will be deducted from your PT payment plan. Company & Private Events: Cancellation policy differs.
