Service Description

In this class, we will explore the art of flexibility training. Methods will draw on techniques of yoga, contortion, and acrobatics. The class will begin with a dynamic warm-up preparing the joints of the body for position-specific training for splits & backbends. You can take the class at your own pace, whether you just want to move and feel good or you have lots of bendy goals. Modifications are available for all bodies.

Cancellation Policy

Please register & pay online before coming to a class. Click Book now to choose your payment plan. Classes can be unbooked 2 hours prior to the class. If the class is full, you will be on a waiting list. Unattended booked classes will be deducted from your chosen membership/pass plan. Classes are canceled 2 hours before start time if there are no prior bookings or sickness without a possibility of a substitute.
