Service Description
Sunday Jams 15:30-17:30 Drop-in: 130:- 10x Pass : 1100:- valid for 3 months Friskvårdskvitto available. Partner Acrobatics and Acroyoga Free training which is limited to 24 participants. Please reserve your spot to guarantee your entrance. All bookings must be done through our booking system. The jam is not class-led, but there is a teacher/leader if you need help/instruction. You can come alone or bring your acro partner. Puzzle mats are provided.

Cancellation Policy
Please register & pay online before coming to a class. Click Book Now to choose your payment plan. Classes can be unbooked 2 hours prior to the class. If the class is full, you will be on a waiting list. Unattended booked classes will be deducted from your chosen membership/pass plan. Classes are canceled 2 hours before start time if there are no prior bookings or sickness without a possibility of a substitute. (Please book ahead of time if you are planning to attend class, there is a possibility of a canceled class for late bookings.) Courses, Events, PT, & Workshops: Refunds can be made 24 hours before the class, course, event, or workshop has started. Courses, Events, and workshops are otherwise non-refundable or transferable to another payment plan. An admin fee of 5% will be deducted from the payment for refunds. Registration dates for a course are binding unless you have a medical reason with documentation. Missed credits can be used for a weekly drop-in class during the time period of the course. Email Diana@updogbodies.se for more information. If the class, course, event, workshop, or PT session is canceled by UB, you will get a full refund. PT sessions: PT bookings are made online 24 hours before the appointment. If a time online does not suit you, please email diana@updogbodies to make an appointment. Cancellations are made 24 hours prior to the appointment online or by email, otherwise, the session will be deducted from your PT payment plan. Company & Private Events: Cancellation policy differs. No refunds 7 days prior to the Event date. A 10% admin fee is taken for cancellations. Please email diana@updogbodies.se for more information.
