What is a Yoga Intensive Retreat?
You will immerse yourself in practicing Yoga 4 hours a day focusing on Pranayama, Meditation, MIA Yoga (Myofascial Integrated Alignment Vinyasa Yoga), MIS Yoga (Myofascial Integrated Stretch, Flexibility, Handstands, Inversions, and Arm balances. All classes are offered on the schedule and are not mandatory if you want to perhaps skip a certain class. This retreat is specifically catered so that you can deepen your yoga practice while having a luxury holiday with ample time for laying on the beach in between the activities. Classes are early in the morning and afternoon, so you can enjoy a cheeky drink in the hotel, or visit the town and local attractions.
