What is a Yoga Intensive Retreat?
You will immerse yourself in practicing Yoga 4 hours a day focusing on Pranayama, Meditation, MIA Yoga (Myofascial Integrated Alignment Vinyasa Yoga), Stretch & Flexibility, Handstands, Inversions, and Arm balances. All classes are offered on the schedule and are not mandatory if you want to perhaps skip a certain class. This retreat is specifically catered so that you can deepen your yoga practice while having a luxury holiday with ample time for laying on the beach in between the activities. Classes are early in the morning and afternoon, so you can enjoy a cheeky drink in the hotel, or visit the town and local attractions.
