ANNA ANDERSSON

Yoga Instructor

Jag har utövat yoga sedan 20 år tillbaka och har i olika stadier i livet upptäckt Ashtanga, Hatha, Anusara, Acroyoga och Kundalini och alla former har en särskild plats i mitt hjärta. I samband med att jag drabbades av utmattningssyndrom för två år sedan fick yinyoga en stor och betydelsefull plats i mitt liv. Jag påbörjade min yin yoga teacher training 2017 för Surya på Huddinges hjärta. Jag älskar också thaiyogamassage, mantrasång och håller på att lära mig spela harmonium.


I mina yinyoga-klasser vill jag skapa en trygg och skön stund där varje person skapar sin egen yinyogaupplevelse utifrån sin kropp och sina känslor för stunden. Yinyogaklassen är väldigt lugn och meditativ. Vi utför de flesta positioner liggande och rör oss sakta och mjukt. Vi använder det stöd vi behöver av bolster, filtar och block. Yinyogans stillhet, lugn och mjukhet skapar utrymme för att lyssna på kroppen och ger därmed möjlighet till såväl fysisk, mental och känslomässig vila. Vi drar ner tempot, tar hand om oss själva och övar på självmedkänsla.

DANIEL SANDBERG

Yoga Instructor

I like to create an honest and open atmosphere in my classes, where you feel like you can really come as you are, be yourself, and just let everything go on the mat. I want you to learn to listen to and trust your body to give it what it needs, and create a space where you can let your body and mind show you what you need to see.


I come from a background of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, trained in India and started my career as a yoga teacher in Thailand, after coming back to Sweden about 3 years ago, I’ve been teaching here in Stockholm as my main occupation. Yoga has been my path and my inspiration for many years now, and although the path is never straight and not always easy, I truly believe in the healing power of yoga because it has helped me through difficult times and been my constant companion to keep me balanced and grounded.


A physical yoga practice will let you check in with your body and mind, develop your strenght, flexibility and balance. You might get a bit sweaty, and you might sometimes step out of your comfort zone, but don’t think that you need to be super flexible or strong to start your yoga practice. I’d like to inspire you to trust in your own ability and realize that you can do so much more than you might have thought, and that you can feel comfortable in your own body and learn to listen to it and release the power that’s within you.

DIANA BJÄLVENÄS

Owner and Yoga & Acroyoga Instructor

Yoga for me is being incredibly mindful of your body. Finding a relationship with the physical body, which in turn connects you to your consciousness. It’s a time during the day when you focus on yourself. To be able to breathe and move with intention. To create an awareness of your limitations, and the challenges that you are able to bring upon yourself. It is your practice, and you make it as you want it to be.


Diana is a certified 500 E-RYT yoga teacher and a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider). She completed her teacher 200-hour training through Bryce Yoga and Absolute Yoga, led by Briohny Smyth and Dice Ilda-Klein in Thailand, in July 2016. She continued her 300-hour education through One Movement Yoga, led by Dylan Werner in Austria, in July 2019. Also, 50+ Hours of Partner Acrobatics/Acroyoga with Lux Seattle and Daniel Scott in 2016 & 2018. She actively studies anatomy with Tiffany Cruikshank at Yoga Medicine with her continuous education. 


Her teaching style is influenced by a mixture of Vinyasa, Myofascial Integrated Aligned (MIA) Yoga, Functional Yoga, Acroyoga, partner yoga, inversions, and arm balances. Body movement, alignment, muscular isolation, and myofascial lines are what I like to bring into the class. Outside of teaching, I am an active mother of 4 and love to go to travel and explore Stockholm. As a former designer and elementary school teacher, I love new challenges and making new connections with my students and the people around me.

GIGI BABRA

Yoga Instructor & Physical Trainer

My first passion when it comes to physical training was dancing at the age of four and then tae-kwondo, kickboxing & thaiboxing later on. I started competing very soon after I started my own training in martial arts and also started holding my own classes. Since I have always had a natural urge to help pass on my knowledge to others I ran my own martial arts club for about 14 years, where I trained regular exercisers and elite competitors  fulltime. My curiosity and my genuine interest in how we can be our best versions drove me to become a nutrition & health professional and also a mindfulness and yoga instructor. After I got my licence as a health coach I worked with people who for different health reasons had referrals by their doctors. 
I believe that it should be fun to train and it's important for me to help my clients understand their bodies and attain their personal goals, be that to get fitter, faster, stronger or healthier.
I have 24 years of experience as a coach/pt and I still love it and I am learning more and more all the time.

JOHANNA EKSTRÖM

Yoga Instructor

I am a certified yoga teacher within Hatha, Vinyasa as well as Pre- and Postnatal Yoga. 


My classes are often slower with focus on improving posture and adapting the asana (yoga pose) for different bodies and levels. I’m passionate about using ancient yogic wisdom to support a healthy modern lifestyle. If you need a good stretch after a long day at the office, this is the place to be!


Yoga was an important tool to help me move though a big burnout in 2016; it taught me the importance of slowing down, tuning in and actually listen to my own body and needs.

Whether you’re a newcomer to yoga or an experienced yogi, I’ll be happy to guide you through the class. See you on the mat!

KARIN ÅNGSTRÖM HOGG

Yoga Instructor

I am trained in Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga and Yin yoga, as well as yoga for kids and teens. To me yoga is transformational in how it brings connection between body and mind, in relatively easily accessible ways. Yoga can also bring about an inner connection and awareness that extends far beyond the yoga mat, influencing all aspects of life positively.


I enjoy the balance between instructing flow classes that fire you up, and yin classes that re-connects you to your inner stillness – and everything in between. It is always about finding that balance between action and calm, and a mindful awareness throughout. I love connecting and sharing with everyone that comes to my classes, and my aim is to encourage self-acceptance and awareness combined with a healthy dose of challenge.


Earlier in my life I trained and worked as an Art Psychotherapist in London. Reiki Healing and massage are practices that I have also used for long. The connection between body and mind, and that holistic view of wellbeing and health is my passion.

LATIFA LINDBERG

ThaiYoga Massage Instructor

Latifa is a Acroyoga and thai yoga massage instructor trained by Acrobhakti as well as a mediyoga instructor.


Latifa leads with curiosity and invites us to create a loving kindness environment where we are present in our bodies. With that presence we connect our body, emotions and our mental being that also is valuable in our lives outside the mat.


When doing thai yoga massage with a partner or friend we cultivate non speechless relating as well as learning tools to sooth our bodies.

My yoga journey started almost 20 years ago, improving my life completely since then on all levels. I have been trained as an Advanced Yoga Instructor at the British School of Yoga in the UK, and I have been teaching Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga, in England and Sweden.
My yoga classes bring together movement, breath and final relaxation/meditation to release stress and create a mindful personal space for you to connect with your body. I welcome you to a friendly space where you can strengthen your body and increase flexibility, calm your mind, and soothe your soul.

PAULA SOLANO

Yoga & Pilates Instructor

Yogalärare med avancerad yogalärarutbildning RYT-500 som jag har studerad i USA och Indien, samt Pilates instruktör. Idrottsinstruktör till grunden, expert på hälso- och idrottspsykologi och mental träning.


Jag har bakgrund inom dans och konståkning, och när yoga kom till mitt liv 2005 visste jag på en gång att det var något för mig. Jag har undervisat i yoga sedan 2010 och vidareutbildar mig kontinuerligt. Jag älskar yoga i den alla former och meditation är en viktig, daglig del av mitt liv. Att tänka på holistisk hälsa är viktigt för mig och på mina klasser vill jag ge en möjlighet till fysisk rörelse, mental närvaro och bättre självkännedom. Jag uppmuntrar till att lyssna på sig själv när vi praktiserar yoga och respektera vad egen kropp, sinne och själ just då behöver.


Jag kommer att hålla Vinyasa Flow klasser där vi kommer att njuta av rörelsen. Jag tycker om att skapa kreativa flows som ger möjlighet till moving meditation.
