Service Description

ReikiYoga - prova på Reikin’s helande kraft i kombination med en djupt avslappnande yin yoga klass. Här kombineras väl utvalda yin yoga positioner med helande energier från Reiki healing. Varje deltagare får en reiki boost som kanaliseras individuellt under klassens gång. Klassen leds av Karin Ångström Hogg som är Reiki Master och yogalärare. Reiki är väl känt för att frigöra stress och spänningar, och upphöjer kroppen till en total avslappningsnivå. Den kan även hjälpa till att rena kroppen från gifter och slaggprodukter, samt stöttar ett friskt immunförsvar. Yin yogan ökar flexibiliteten och mjukar upp leder, ligament och bindvävnad. Den stimulerar kroppens inre organ, samt hjälper till att frigöra djupt sittande blockeringar. Den extra dimensionen som Reiki healingen ger uppmuntrar kroppens läknings och reningssystem. Den här unika kombinationen stöder även ett sunt flöde av prana/ki i kroppen och kan lösa upp obalanser och blockeringar i chakra system och energi kropp. ReikiYoga - try Reikin's healing power in combination with a deeply relaxing yin yoga class. Here, well-selected yin yoga positions are combined with healing energies from Reiki healing. Each participant receives a reiki boost that is channeled individually during the course of the class. The class is led by Karin Ångström Hogg, who is a Reiki Master and yoga teacher. It can also help cleanse the body of toxins and waste products and supports a healthy immune system. Yin yoga increases flexibility and softens joints, ligaments, and connective tissue. It stimulates the body's internal organs and helps release deep-seated blockages. The extra dimension that Reiki healing provides encourages the body's healing and purification system. This unique combination also supports a healthy flow of prana/ki in the body and can dissolve imbalances and blockages in the chakra system and energy body. The session is led in Swedish. Cancelation Policy

Please register & pay online before coming to a class. Click Book now to choose your payment plan. Classes can be unbooked 2 hours prior to the class. If the class is full, you will be on a waiting list. Unattended booked classes will be deducted from your chosen membership/pass plan. Classes are canceled 2 hours before start time if there are no prior bookings or sickness without a possibility of a substitute. Courses, Events, & Workshops: Refunds can be made 24 hours before the class, course, event, or workshop has started. Courses, Events, and workshops are otherwise non-refundable or transferable to another payment plan. An admin fee of 5% will be deducted from the payment for refunds. Registration dates for a course are binding unless you have a medical reason with documentation. Missed credits can be used for a weekly drop-in class during the time period of the course.
