PRENATAL YOGA COURSE (GRAVIDYOGA) Welcome to a 6-week Prenatal Yoga course! This course is for Mammas in their second and third trimester, using the combination of Prenatal yoga and therapeutics. COURSE 3 6 weeks May 13, 2023 - June 17, 2023 Saturdays, 10:30-11:30 Investment: 1350:- Course is taught in English. ​ Minimum of 5 students for this course to take place. *Active UB monthly memberships get a 15% discount on this course. Email diana@updogbodies.se for more information. Prenatal Yoga Practice As relaxin, the hormone secreted during pregnancy relaxes the ligaments around the pelvis, you may feel unstable joints. We will use the asana practice of yoga to find relief from pain and tension by strengthening and lengthening your muscles and ligaments. Prenatal Therapeutics With the help of props, we will explore the therapeutic side of yoga with relaxation and breathing techniques. We will hold static poses to find lengthen and relax the body.

Cancelation Policy

Please register & pay online before coming to a class. Click Book now to choose your payment plan. Classes can be unbooked 2 hours prior to the class. If the class is full, you will be on a waiting list. Unattended booked classes will be deducted from your chosen membership/pass plan. Classes are canceled 2 hours before start time if there are no prior bookings or sickness without a possibility of a substitute. Courses, Events, & Workshops: Refunds can be made 24 hours before the class, course, event, or workshop has started. Courses, Events, and workshops are otherwise non-refundable or transferable to another payment plan. An admin fee of 5% will be deducted from the payment for refunds. Registration dates for a course are binding unless you have a medical reason with documentation. Missed credits can be used for a weekly drop-in class during the time period of the course.
