KID YOGA COURSE Information coming soon. ​ DATES: Mondays, 16:30-17:15 September 4 - October 23 Price: 900:- 8-week course ​Ages : 6 - 11 Classes are in Swedish. ​ *An account should be made in your child's name in our booking system. Yoga for children can be beneficial in so many different ways. Physically, it enhances coordination, flexibility, strength, and bodily awareness. It also fosters cooperation and compassion - instead of opposition - being a physical activity that is noncompetitive. The element of play also creates a connection with others, as well as with the inner self. In addition, when children learn techniques for relaxation their concentration and sense of calm improves. In today’s occupied world of busy parents, activity-filled days, school pressures, online social worlds, video games, competition, focus on appearance, etc. Yoga offers children useful tools to navigate early life with a little more ease.

Cancelation Policy

Please register & pay online before coming to a class. Click Book now to choose your payment plan. Classes can be unbooked 2 hours prior to the class. If the class is full, you will be on a waiting list. Unattended booked classes will be deducted from your chosen membership/pass plan. Classes are canceled 2 hours before start time if there are no prior bookings or sickness without a possibility of a substitute. Courses, Events, & Workshops: Refunds can be made 24 hours before the class, course, event, or workshop has started. Courses, Events, and workshops are otherwise non-refundable or transferable to another payment plan. An admin fee of 5% will be deducted from the payment for refunds. Registration dates for a course are binding unless you have a medical reason with documentation. Missed credits can be used for a weekly drop-in class during the time period of the course.
