Service Description

Begin an exhilarating journey to develop the handstand with our 8-week course designed for all levels of experience. This program focuses on building the foundational strength, balance, and technique necessary for a solid handstand practice. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, join us and unlock the thrill of defying gravity in a supportive and inclusive environment. Through structured lessons and personalized feedback, you'll steadily progress towards achieving your handstand goals while cultivating confidence and body awareness along the way. In each session, we begin with a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for the demands of handstands, focusing on mobility and activation exercises. Following the warm-up, we engage in strengthening and flexibility drills tailored to enhance the specific muscles and range of motion crucial for handstand mastery. Next, we transition to wall work, where students practice alignment and balance with the support of a wall, gradually building confidence and stability. Partner exercises offer an opportunity to refine technique and receive personalized feedback in a collaborative setting. Finally, we'll explore various handstand shapes, from classic to creative variations, encouraging students to express their unique style while honing their skills. Course taught in English/Swedish Wednesdays, 8 weeks September 4, 2024 - October 23, 2024 Time: 18:00 – 19:15 Investment: 2000:- for whole course Drop-in: 295:- The last day to sign up is September 3, 2024. Cancellation Policy

Please register & pay online before coming to a class. Click Book Now to choose your payment plan. Classes can be unbooked 2 hours prior to the class. If the class is full, you will be on a waiting list. Unattended booked classes will be deducted from your chosen membership/pass plan. Classes are canceled 2 hours before start time if there are no prior bookings or sickness without a possibility of a substitute. (Please book ahead of time if you are planning to attend class, there is a possibility of a canceled class for late bookings.) Courses, Events, PT, & Workshops: Refunds can be made 24 hours before the class, course, event, or workshop has started. Courses, Events, and workshops are otherwise non-refundable or transferable to another payment plan. An admin fee of 5% will be deducted from the payment for refunds. Registration dates for a course are binding unless you have a medical reason with documentation. Missed credits can be used for a weekly drop-in class during the time period of the course. Email Diana@updogbodies.se for more information. If the class, course, event, workshop, or PT session is canceled by UB, you will get a full refund. PT sessions: PT bookings are made online 24 hours before the appointment. If a time online does not suit you, please email diana@updogbodies to make an appointment. Cancellations are made 24 hours prior to the appointment online or by email, otherwise, the session will be deducted from your PT payment plan. Company & Private Events: Cancellation policy differs. No refunds 7 days prior to the Event date. A 10% admin fee is taken for cancellations. Please email diana@updogbodies.se for more information.
