This two-hour session will focus on improving spinal mobility, opening the shoulders and hips, and understanding the role of fascia in flexibility. We’ll begin with a **breath-focused stretch flow warm-up**, emphasizing deep, intentional breathing to enhance relaxation and mobility. This will be combined with dynamic movements that target the fascia, promoting elasticity and fluid motion to prepare the body for deeper backbends while reducing tension and risk of injury.
