HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Make an account here: https://www.momoyoga.com/updogbodies/

There you can purchase a plan and book the class, workshop, or course of your choice.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK ONLINE FOR EVERY CLASS?

Yes. We encourage you to register for your class with the Momoyoga app or online 2 hours before the class. If the class is full you can join the waitlist.

Vacant (empty) classes will be canceled 2 hours before the class start time. An email will be sent if the class is canceled.

CAN I UNBOOK A CLASS?

Yes. Please go into the Momoyoga app or website to unregister your class, 2 hours prior to the class start time.

Failure to unbook in time will result in a debit on your class pass. 

Please remember to unregister your class, so another member can join the class.

CAN I COME EARLIER TO CLASS?

In general, the doors open 15 mins prior to class start time.

DO YOU HAVE A CHANGING ROOM AND/OR SHOWERS?

We don't have a changing room, but we have 2 WC and 1 shower in our new Mjölnarvägen 16 location.


Shower towels are available to rent.

CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS?

WHICH OF YOUR CLASSES IS BEST SUITED FOR ME?

Try all our drop-in weekly classes with a "2 Week Pass" to find out what suits you the best. Otherwise, you can email diana@updogbodies.se for more information.

CAN I ACCESS YOUR ONLINE CLASSES AT ANY TIME?

Yes! The link to the live-streamed class is emailed 30 mins prior to the class start time. The link is available to watch later.

Archived classes can be found in the video section of your Momoyoga account.

CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD?

Yes, Gift cards can be purchased at the studio or email diana@updogbodies.se

Unfortunately, it can not be bought online at the moment.

HOW CAN I REDEEM A GIFT CARD?

Email Diana@updogbodies.se after you have made an account on our booking system at www.momoyoga.com/updogbodies and we will help add your gift to your account.

HOW DO I REDEEM A DISCOUNT?

Workshop, Course, Senior and student discounts can be taken in the studio, or email diana@updogbodies.se for payment details.

REFUNDS

Refunds can be made 24 hours before the class, course, or workshop has started. Courses and workshops are otherwise non-refundable or transferable to another payment plan. An admin fee of 5% will be deducted from the payment for refunds.

CAN I HAVE CREDIT FOR MISSED COURSE DATES?

Registration dates for a course are binding unless you have a medical reason with documentation. Missed credits can be used for a weekly drop-in class during the time period of the course. Email Diana@updogbodies.se for more information.

"FRISKVÅRDSBIDRAG" RECEIPT

The automated receipt you receive with your purchase is not valid for "Friskvårdsbidrag".

On your momoyoga account you can print out the official receipt under your orders. https://www.momoyoga.com/updogbodies/member/schedule

If you need help, email diana@updogbodies.se and a receipt will be sent to you.

CAN I EXTEND MY 10X OR 20X CLASS PASS?

Unfortunately, we can not extend the dates for a class pass. The 10x class pass is valid for 6 months. The 20x class pass is valid for 1 year.

CAN I PAUSE MY MONTHLY OR ONCE-A-WEEK MEMBERSHIP?

Recurring memberships can not be paused unless you are on sick leave with documentation. There is a 2 month cancellation period if you decide to cancel your membership. You can always sign up later again.

CAN I RENT YOUR STUDIO FOR AN EVENT?
