Mommy & Me

These classes are usually geared to accommodate babies aged six weeks to crawling. If there are no extenuating circumstances, your doctor will probably give you the ok to exercise six to eight weeks after you give birth and you’ll be ready to give postpartum yoga a try.

8 week session

Kid yoga 6-9

In this playful yoga class designed especially children. Children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises which cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, and help them understand how to identify and manage their feelings. Games, stories, and music will be incorporated into this fun, non-competitive class. Each class ends with a period of relaxation.

Kids Dance 6-9

Kids love to move! In this class, we will work with their creativity and self-expression through dance and movement. The class is not focused on one specific dance. We will develop motor skills, balance and body/spatial awareness while experimenting with all types of music.

Acroyoga beginners

AcroYoga is a type of yoga that combines traditional Hatha or Vinyasa Flow yoga with acrobatics. 

Partner work is a key feature of AcroYoga, and the work with a partner helps to improve strength and balance as well as building trust. It may also incorporate elements of massage which can relieve stress.

A typical class may include a warmup, partner work, flowing sequences, inversions and Thai yoga massage.

8 week session

Time: 18:00-19:30


Acroyoga intermediate/advanced

AcroYoga is a type of yoga that combines traditional Hatha or Vinyasa Flow yoga with acrobatics.

Requirements: Star, Side Star, Foot to hand, croc, ninja star, corkscrew, 4 step.

Acroyoga Jam

Creating a safe space to practice Acroyoga on your own. The jam is not class led, but more of an open space to practice.
