Under denna lördagseftermiddag tar Anders dig genom de större astrologiska händelserna under återstoden av 2020 och 2021.

Man brukar säga: As above, so below, vilket betyder att det som avspeglar sig på himlavalvet också händer här nere på jorden. Som astrolog kan Anders tolka planeternas budskap till oss. 2020 har varit ett utmanade år för många och så kommer det att fortsätta den närmaste tiden med två eklipser framför oss, en månförmörkelse den 30 nov och en stor solförmörkelse den 14 dec.

Genom att förstå vad detta betyder rent praktiskt, kan vi möta utmaningarna både lättare och enklare. Stjärnornas och planeternas budskap är en välsignelse att luta sig mot.

Anders säger också att det kommer att lätta i början av nästa år. Vill du veta mer, kom till denna spännande workshop.

Vi avslutar workshopen med chanting. Chanting är ett urgammalt sätt att sjunga mantraord om och om igen under en lång tid. Anders spelar gitarr och texten, några få rader kommer att delas ut. Detta handlar inte om skönsång utan att sjunga från hjärtat i en grupp, känna den höga vibrationen, ge sig hän och släppa vardagens bekymmer. Efteråt kommer du att känna dig upplyft och fridfull.

Acroyoga Beginners

Want to learn Acroyoga?

During 6 weeks we will play, learn and grow through the movement of yoga, acrobatics, and thai yoga massage with teachers Diana & Fabio. We will work to create a solid foundation to learn the fundamentals of acrobatic movements as well as flying therapeutics.

There are no requirements to join this course. We will learn how to find balance, communication and trust as we learn how to base, fly, and keep everyone safe as a spotter.

A typical class may include a warmup, partner work, and Thai yoga massage.

Acroyoga Intermediates

During 6 weeks we will play, learn and grow through the movement of yoga, acrobatics, and thai yoga massage with teachers Diana & Rikard. We will work to create a solid foundation to learn the fundamentals of acrobatic movements and washing machines, as well as flying therapeutics.

This class is for those with some knowledge of acroyoga. We will learn how to transition from one pose to another and find movement with washing machines.

A typical class may include a warmup, partner work, flowing sequences, inversions and Thai yoga massage.

Handstand Camp

For those who are interested in learning how to handstand, or refine their handstand skills, this 4 week course is for you.

We will have strength drills and exercises, as well as apply different techniques on how to approach the handstand. We will also learn about anatomy and the muscles needed in achieving a handstand.

This class will be based on acrobatic, circus and yoga techniques and drills. If you have wrist/shoulder injuries you may need wrist guards or sports tape.

Mommy & Me

Come join a postnatal course for you and your baby. The classes will be focused in opening the shoulders and hips, as well as find strength in the core and perineum. We will use classic yoga asanas, functional movement, PNF stretching and fascial stretches to help you feel more comfortable in your body.

Your baby will experience baby yoga! Baby massage, stretches, and a few yoga poses together.

We recommend 8 weeks after birth to start exercising, and to be mindful to yourself, if your body is not ready for certain exercises.

Prenatal Therapy Yoga Workshop

Prenatal Yoga Practice
As relaxin, the hormone secreted during pregnancy relaxes the ligaments around the pelvis, you may feel unstable joints. We will use the asana practice of yoga to find relief from pain and tension by strengthening and lengthening your muscles and ligaments.

Prenatal Therapeutics
With the help of props, we will explore the therapeutic side of yoga with relaxation and breathing techniques. We will hold static poses to find lengthen and relax the body.

Self-Myofascial Release
Self-myofascial release (SMR) is a practice that incorporates the use of specialized myofascial release balls to target the trigger points on the body, promoting a sense of mobility, release, and restructuring of fascia or connective tissue.

Fascia is one continuous connection of tissue that exists in the body from head to toe. It connects, protects, fills space, communicates, and interrelates to everything within the body. Fascia also has a tendency to get restricted or wound tight, and in some cases may even cause pain in the body. This can have many adverse effects. Mobility is the key to maintaining optimal health in our tissues. Whether or not you are pregnant, SMR improves range of motion and circulation, relieves pain, and encourages relaxation.
