Diana Rose Bjälvenäs

Yoga for me is being incredibly mindful of your body. Finding a relationship with the physical body, which in turns connects you to your consciousness. It’s a time during the day, where you focus on yourself. To be able to breathe and move with intention. To create an awareness of your limitations, and the challenges that you are able to bring upon yourself. It is your practice, and you make it as you want it to be. Yoga is about being, and being yourself.

Diana is a certified 200 RYT yoga teacher and completed her teacher training through Bryce Yoga and Absolute Yoga in the Absolute Sanctuary in Thailand, July 2016. Her teaching style is influenced by Briohny Smyth, Dice Ilda-Klein and Daniel Scott, teaching vinyasa flow, hot vinyasa, flow fit yoga, Acroyoga, and partner yoga. Body movement, alignment and muscular isolation, is what I like to bring into the class. Outside of teaching, I am an active mother of 4 and love to go to Hot Vinyasa flow and Acroyoga classes in Stockholm. As a former designer and teacher, I love new challenges and making new connections with my students and the people around me.

Började dansa vid 7 års ålder. Konstnärlig kandidatexamen i modern dans och certifierad yogainstruktör. Har arbetat som frilansdansare och danspedagog sedan år 2008.
