There are lots of things happening this month!
New classes will come at the end of the month as well as new workshops to test out different forms of training. The plus of having a monthly membership is being able to have access many of the UB workshops and discount in courses.
If you haven’t tested out Morning yoga with Daniel or Stephanie you are truly missing out. Morning yoga is such a great way to start the day when you know your work week will be busy, or there are many activities planned with the family in the evening. You can always find time for yourself. Just plan it in and make it a priority.
Daddy & Me yoga will start in April, so keep your eye’s peeled during the month for more info! We want to give dads a time to train and bring their child as well. Thursdays at 10am!
